Transferring TCMD from a system backup

How can I go to a disk image I have and gather all the settings etc. for TCMD (TCC as well)? Where are all the settings etc. stored?

The settings are in the TCMD.INI file (which can be located in several different places, depending on how you configured it), and in the Windows Registry. You can't restore the Windows Registry settings from a disk image.
