I am getting this dialog box popping up every once and a while;

When I click OK, TCC closes.

I'm doing nothing special, just working at the TCC command line from within TCMD.

Reportedly, your .Net framework may be corrupted.
Please try reinstalling/repairing it, or as last resort, the tool from https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2008/08/28/net-framework-cleanup-tool-users-guide/ .

No need for image gallery, you can Ctrl+C any standard MessageBox and paste it as text.

The message apparently comes from NTDLL.DLL and may be related to "Low-fragmentation heap".
