'All Downloads' page still links to v13

... but the text says there that the latest version is 14. I was able to download 14 by using the top Download menu and selecting Take Command x64.

The old content is being cached somewhere. Try forcing a refresh on the page.

I had of course done that already, and cleared my browser cache. But it is good now.
