Update the ftp site

Both help files and tcmdupdate.aiu in the ftp site tcmd directory are outdated. The help files are not a big concern, they're up to date in the help directory, but I'd appreciate it if tcmdupdate.aiu was maintained in the tcmd directory. Is that possible?

There is no tcmdupdate.aiu for the ftp tcmd directory. That's part of the
autoupdater, and can only be used to download from the http site.
