I've uploaded build 28 (RC1) to the web and ftp sites. This should fix all of the reported (and reproducible!) bugs; let me know if you still have any problems.

I wish I could put it through the paces, but am in Hawaii without a
computer until Saturday. Assuming you haven't gone live before then, I
will test it on Sunday.

I have a TCMD12x64 folder in my Start->Programs menu, but the TCC Prompt (the one with the green icon) is nowhere to be found under build 28.

What am I missing?
