I've uploaded build 74 to the web and ftp sites.

* Take Command - fixed a Logitech mouse bug exposed by the fix for a Microsoft mouse bug in build 73.

* TCC - fixed a Sandboxie startup bug that caused TCC to continually start new copies of TCC.

* MSGBOX - fixed a problem with /H.
