HistoryExclude .INI directive

I recently tried using the HistoryExclude directive mentioned in the help and I get an error saying 'Invalid item name "HistoryExclude"'.

I tried it both the [4NT] and [TakeCommand] sections of the .ini. If this directive has been removed, that should mentioned in the help (online and local).

HistoryExclude is an environment variable, not an .INI directive.
