Help won't launch

TCC 11.00.43 Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
Registered to Peter Bratton - 2 System License

Since build 43, nothing happens when I type "help" from a standalone TCC command line. It works within TCMD. Has anyone noticed?

TCC 11.00.40 Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
C:\btm help
C:\btm *tasklist tcc
1824* tcc Take Command Help v.11

TCC 11.00.43 Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
C:\btm help
C:\btm *tasklist tcc
3400* tcc TCC - tasklist tcc

I can confirm that. Didn't notice it as first because I am always
running TCC in TCMD

TCC 11.00.43 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7600]
