Extended Support for Take Command or TCC includes electronic delivery of all major upgrades for one year (renewable each year). Extended Support is less expensive than paying for a single upgrade, so it is popular with customers who upgrade frequently.
Extended Support is normally only available when ordered together with a new or upgrade copy of Take Command or TCC. But until January 1, 2024 you can add Extended Support to your existing license (any version) without having to order a new / upgrade license. It's a great way to lock in your v32 / v33 upgrades at a lower cost!
Extended Support covers all new versions for one year, starting from the date ordered (for example, v32, v33, etc.). It does not include licenses for previous versions (i.e., v31).
