Subscription to "Tips and Tricks" Forum

The "Tips and Tricks" Forum, parent of Aliases, Functions, etc., does not
allow the "instant notification" setting, which is required for email
delivery of posts. Can you please fix it?

That's not a forum, that's a category. You cannot post to (or receive email
from) a category.
