Push Notification command

Perhaps consider adding a TCC command to push an external notification via one or more of the common services. I myself use Pushover, and I guess Pushbullet is another popular one. Pushover's REST API is pretty straightforward: Example code and Pushover libraries (and for example, I see there are PowerShell modules for this purpose). The necessary token and key could be configurable with new entries in the Internet tab of the config dialog, and the command line syntax could look very much like that of SENDMAIL. E.g.
