when doing SFTP via IFTP to my secure site my users always get the finger print key prompt

I am trying to find away around this and think I can do it be pre-installing the finger print key. Can you tell me where TCC stores it so I can try this

TCC looks in TCMD.INI in the [SSH] section for a matching server name, and uses the fingerprint saved for that server for authentication.
