I'm not terribly surprised. It does poke it's nose into other processes by injecting data and code and then creating a remote thread. I suppose those techniques are often used by person's with bad intent.
 
I have allowed this threat, which sounds a little like one of yours. It could be (don't remember) it came from that file.

Does that mean you can't allow the PSET programs? It should have some protection against false positives.
 
Somehow the versions of PSET64.dll I have differ from the pones in the ZIP file, and MSE just flagged the ones in the ZIP. nothing wrong there
