How to? Unregister a copy of Take command

Dear Support

I am trying to activate Take Command on a new production server I am setting up. I believe it has been activated on one of my development servers so I need it to be unregistered so that I can activate on my production server. Please can you assist.

Please can you email me server details where it is activated so I can say which licenses to be deactivated. I do not want to post server names in the forum for security reasons.
