Uninstall CMDEBUG is not running

I've tried to uninstall the v21.01.46 x64, but I get the error:

Not reproducible here. I've never seen anything like that, but the error messages are coming from Windows Installer, not CMDebug.

Try upgrading your CMDebug to the current version (21.0.52) and then uninstalling again.

I've tryed it, but the effect is the same.
Also tryed it as Administrator, but no change.
Running under:
Windows 7 Ultimate, version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
Very mysterious ....

I've tried it with v21.01 Build 56 and - voila! - it has gone !
