Unable to uninstall TCC 21

I was just testing tcc and now want to unistall it. But I get an error that a protocoll file is missing or writeprotected.
Can someone help and tell me how I can uninstall everything manually or get the Problem fixed?

That doesn't sound familiar.

Can you give the *exact* wording of the message you see (preferably a screenshot)?
