TCMD 9.02.152 locale switch keys

In a TCMD tab (9.02.152) I can't switch keyboard locale pressing the LeftALT+Shift key combination. Normally, this combination, which is controlled by Windows language bar, cycles through all the installed language locales.
If I detach the tab and press the key combo in the console window, then the language switch succeeds. So this issue seems to be linked to TCMD not passing LeftALT+Shift to the tabbed console window.
