tcmd 12 / AVG virus win32/Virus

I was downloading the latest build from ftp://jpsoft.com/tcmd/tcmd.exe AVG marked it as having the virus above. Any help or is this a false positive?

Yes, if you have the paid version. (If you have the free version, AVG will not accept your report.)
