32-bit\engish.dll
32-bit\german.dll
32-bit\spanish.dll

Yes, if you're going to be running any 32-bit apps & you want ANSI support.

32-bit\engish.dll
32-bit\german.dll
32-bit\spanish.dll
32-bit\italian.dll
32-bit\french.dll
32-bit\russian.dll

You need at least one of those (depending on which language you're using).
