TCC Can't find WScript.exe where it says it is

I just ran into the following. I tried executing a
VBS file and got a message that TCC couldn't find WScript.exe, but it
is located exactly where TCC said it was looking for it.

I'm confused…
Anyone have a clue as to what I'm not getting ?
