Whatever has been changed when compiling the 14.0 help file vs. the 13.0 help file, THANK YOU! Since early in 13.0, I have not been able to use my mouse wheel to scroll the help window when the pointer was over a blank area. With 14.0 (at least the 09 Jun 2012 version), it is working correctly again.
