Tabs not showing in TCMD11

I have been trying to configure Take Command to make an extra tab aside from the TCC Prompt tab. No matter what I do, whether I hit the Apply and OK button or just the OK button as soon as I leave the config menu the info dissappears and nothing there on restart.

So I looked at the TCMD.INI file and there is nothing there.

I saw an example of what an ini file might look like and edited the ini by hand with the tab info then when I restart and look in the config menu the information is there for the tab but the tab is not showing.

If nothing is being written to TCMD.INI, you're either looking at the wrong
file (the pathname will be displayed in the title bar of the Take Command
configuration dialog, and it will usually not be in the installation
directory unless you expressly force it there), or something is blocking the
TCMD.INI updates. Can you change *any* values in TCMD.INI? (For example,
try clicking on "Single Instance" in the Windows tab and see if that is
saved.)

I moved the TCMD.INI to the installation folder and after reboot I can now change settings for the first startup tab OK and it is showing in the TCMD.INI but when I restart the tab is not visible and that is the problem. I have a path 'C:\Users\Public\Documents\Scripts'. I tried putting 'cd C\Users\Public\Documents\Scripts' into the Command line but get an error ' no such command as cd' so I just cleared that line but still no tab shows.

Finally worked out how to do it!! The path can be anything but Command line must contain a path to an executable program such as TCC.exe.

This wasn't clear in the help. Perhaps in the config dialog 'Command' should be changed to 'Program' or 'Executable Program'
