Started suggestions, not in this version (yet?)

At least two suggestions from the "user voice" feedback forum where changed to status "started" in september 2014. They are not in version 17. Which version will they be part of?

- the lists of currently recognized commands, functions and variables
- the option to force population of the listview

If they're listed as started and not in the current version, then I ran into a problem with the implementation. That could mean they'll be in the next version, or never, depending on whether I ever find a workaround.
