Start TCMD with File Explorer showing?

This is from another thread and is unresolved.

How do I start TCMD with the File Explorer showing (and a splitter between it and the tab window, as it was when I last closed it)?

If I set it up that way, then close and open Take Command, it is still that way.

Not here. I even tried deleting the settings in the registry and letting TCMD rebuild them ... to no avail.
