How to? START program as top window?

I have a .btm where it STARTs File Manager in a certain folder, then it STARTs Excel with a certain file.

I want the Excel to be the top window. I had it set to start FM, Delay 4, then start Excel, so Excel would be on top. Some time last week it started always putting FM on top. Even with Delay 10 FM is still opening on top of Excel.

Running Win 10 32-bit, ver 1809, TCC 22.

START doesn't do anything with the window order; that's entirely up to Windows.

You should use the ACTIVATE command after START.
