I am using;

TCC LE  14.00.9   Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7601]
TCC LE Build 9   Windows 7 Build 7601  Service Pack 1

When I try to use SETLOCAL from the command line, I receive;

TCC: Command only valid in batch file "SETLOCAL"

Yet, in the TCC/LE 14 help, under SETLOCAL, it says

You can also use SETLOCAL and ENDLOCAL in an alias or at the command line.

What is the correct usage of SETLOCAL in TCC/LE 14?

Using SETLOCAL from the command line is a TCC-only feature not available in TCC/LE.
