Is there a way to have a context-menu command that would allow for right-clicking on a file and selecting the command that would open the command in TCC/TCMD and await variable / added text?

In Vista and later, Shift-Right-Click will open a context menu which includes "Copy as Path". My 4UTILS plugin includes DROPTOCLIP which will convert a clipboard drop list (Explorer copy) to a clipboard text list. Both "Copy as Path" or DROPTOCLIP work with multiple files, giving a newline-separated list of quoted fully-qualified names; after either, TCC's Ctrl-V will place the first clipboard line on the command line and the console quick-edit right-click paste will dump the whole clipboard onto the command line (not very appropriate because of the newlines).
You can drag-n-drop from TCMD's File view to TCC, and use Executable extensions in TCC. (This won't show the command that will apply in the command line though.)
