Great work. What if I wanted to nake the following work?

v29 > tcchere.btm
v30 > tcchere.btm

then when v30 is GM ......
v29>tcchere.btm /U

then later I issued:
v30> tcchere.btm /u

With Directory\Background, TCCHere will appear on the right-click context menu for

1. the desktop (it'll take you to %USERPROFILE\Desktop)
2. the background of an Explorer window (mouse pointer not on any particular object in the directory; no object selected/highlighted)

Other question:

"/U" should remove the entries (unconditionally) and without "/U" the entries should be added or changed using the current %COMSPEC.
