News message did not mention build number. While it is implied from the text that it is a new build, and thus needs to be downloaded, IMHO it ought to be clearly stated. This is a nit, not worth answering, just a suggestion for V15 ff.

That seems kinda pointless -- if it is the initial public release, it obviously has to be a new build. And if you check for updates (the only supported way of updating), it'll tell you if there's a new build and the build number.
But it does not *have* to be downloaded, any more than any other build.
