Prompt on wildcard deletes selection doesn't work

Prompt on wildcard deletes does not SEEM TO work in TCC LE 14.00.4 x64 Windows 10 [Version 6.3.10240]. Is there a trick? I tried administrator mode as well.

If this is the intended operation in TCC/LE, is there a list of options that cannot be set? I see some "greyed out" which I assumed were not available.

It looks like this may be an issue in the full version, too.
