Microsoft messed me up...

Because of problems with Microsoft Word 2013, Microsoft support set me up with a new account. But when I try to access TCMD or TCC under the new account I get a nastygram 'Access is denied. "C:\ProgramData\TakeCommand.18.0.key"'. That file is accessible from the command line, but not from a GUI where I could check the permissions on the file. I edited the file from the command line adding my current license information, but that does not help. HELP!!!!

O.K. Found the answer. I went back into the old account and deleted "C:\ProgramData\TakeCommand.18.0.key"'. Then I came back to the new account and reinstalled TCMD and it seems to work now.
