When I type HELP and look in the index tab, there's a line item for CM
which appears to go to the START page. Looks like the CM is just there
by accident, since typing it gives an unknown command error message.

A leftover from Take Command v8 and earlier. /CM is also in the synopsis on START's help page, and in its /? quick help.

Even nittier: START /? gives /LD as "4local dir history)", with the open parenthesis transmogrified into a 4.
