Unlike other commands with two names, e.g., RD - RMDIR, the BDEBUGGER - IDE page cannot be accessed as "HELP IDE", only as HELP DEBUGGER. Since it has been this way in all versions since V6 (the oldest easily accessible one on my system), it is obviously not significant...
