Done Duplicates for Directory History

Hi

Using TCC 11.00.37.

I see in OPTION, handling for Duplicates in Command-line history
But where is the equivalent for Directory history (Ctrl-PgUp) ???
I could have sworn this was present as .INI directives (maybe I am wrong). Perhaps the OPTION dialog does not have a front-end on to them.

Could I ask that this gets added to version 12 if missing?
If start re-using a directory I used say 30 minutes ago, I would like to move it to the front of the saved directory list.

Also the long-standing request of immediate addition of a directory and not only saved when leaving the directory.

Thanks

There are no directives for duplicates in the directory history (and never
have been -- it's never been requested before).

I will add it to the suggestion list for v12.

Not *that* long-standing -- AFAIK it was first requested during the v11
beta. It's already on the suggestion list for v12, but it would require a
major rewrite of the directory handling, so the probability is not high.

Thanks. But on experiment I have just found that the most recent directory does seem to migrate to the bottom of the pile (which is right)
and is unique in the list - exactly what I want. I dont know what lead me to think it was otherwise - must be getting old or tired. A senior moment.

Well I did request this as far back as version 9.
Version 10 I forgot to re-request it, but I did for version 11.

Thanks for support
