Different 9.02 TakeCmd.dll inikey files in the oldver directory

There are 2 different files in the ftp oldver directory that are named as if they are TakeCmd.dll inikey files for version 9.02.155. One file is named takecmd_inikey.dll and the other file is named tcmd902_inikey.dll. If you look at the files' header/resource information, both say they are version 9.02.155. However, they are different sizes and one causes repeatable crashes. TakeCmd_inikey.dll is roughly 807k and seems to work fine. Tcmd902_inikey.dll is roughly 809k and is the one that crashes.

Is the Tcmd902_inikey.dll file a valid inikey file for 9.02.155? It doesn't seem so. If not, it may help cut down on confusion and frustration if it is deleted from the ftp oldver directory.

I've removed the old (bad) copy.
