Documentation copy/move using /c or /u

Hello --- when using the move/copy with the /c or /u option, is the timestamp compare use the entire 64 bit time value? or is the time formatted to a generic format and then the compare is done?

/C and /U on an NTFS to NTFS copy use the native (100ns) resolution. If you're copying to / from a FATxx drive, they round to 2 seconds.

/CF and /UF also round to 2 seconds.

Thanks for the info ... actually is not a FAT drive but a NAS -- my guess its running some flavor of Linux, -- not sure how samba will save
that value
