Build 20 installer woes

As soon as the download is complete, before any questions or the UAC prompt, I get

Same here. Also, AVG reported some virus. Sorry, I didn't write down the name, as it's almost certainly spurious.
 
Hi Rex. I downloaded and updated without any issues. It only occured with the Help|Update method.

I had same the issue - Win 7 Enterprise x64. I was able to run "C:\ProgramData\JP Software\Take Command 20.0\updates\Update\tcmd.exe" directly. However, instead of prompting me to automatically close running programs, I got warning dialog boxes about not being able to replace running files. That happened 2 or 3 times and then the install finished. Everything service was deleted and recreated. It appeared to install correctly anyway.
 
I got the same error as the original poster (Windows 7, 64-bit) when using "Check for Updates". Running the installer directly worked fine.

Did the Help > Check for updates

been stuck for half hour.

Now will cancel and try the options /u method...

Edit: Option /u worked fine.....
