a question to "Take Command 13.04.52 Released"

I just downloaded (from "All Downloads") and installed the latest TCC/LE and TCC/LE x64.
I don't want to be pedantic, but I expected to get v.13.04.52.
This is what /VER says:

[C:\Program Files (x86)\JPSoft\TCCLE]ver
 
TCC LE  13.03.51  Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7601]

A pedant would point out that the announcement does say "Take Command 13.04.54"; nothing about TCC/LE.

Sorry, I was not precise.
On the "All Downloads" page all editions are labeled "Current Version 13.04 Build 52"
